Mix ingredients in in hand mixer and let rest 30 minutes (until double in size).

Punch down and divide into 12 pieces

Place balls of dough onto greased cookie sheet

Cover and let raise for 1 Hour before baking

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown

Allow to cool before adding your glaze of choice!
